The Assembly Shop & Fabrication Dept.

After the parts have been machined and finished, oftentimes they require additional assembly work. The assembly shop is responsible for all final installation of hardware, pins, Helicoils, as well as pad printed part marking, or any other items that would need to be assembled as requested by our customers.

In the Assembly Shop we also build and assemble Solenoids, DC Motors, DC Booster motors, and GSI ammunition feed chutes.

The Fabrication department has an Amada Fiber Laser Machine with Pallet changer. Here we can cut a variety of metals, Aluminum, Steel and Stainless Steel. The Amada Press Brake allows us to form and bend the awesome products for our customers. Our experienced staff of welders have the ability to MIG weld, TIG weld a variety of metals. We also have a robot welding machine where we can weld production assemblies.
