CNC Machining

We pride ourselves on delivering complete part manufacturing for our customers.

The GSI manufacturing facility is a 15,000 square-foot building located in Beautiful Chandler, Arizona. At GSI International we can machine a variety of parts on our CNC machines, from Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Steel or Titanium. As well as machining Investment Castings or Sand Castings.

Our Machine shop has 12 HAAS CNC vertical milling machines. Sizes range from VF0 to VF4 and the machines have fourth axis capabilities so we can rotate a part as needed during the machining process. The CNC Lathe Department has 4 CNC Lathes, Daewoo Puma GT lathe with 4.0inch bar capacity, Daewoo Puma 240M, Daewoo Puma 240, and a Haas SL20. We also have 2 Hardinge Chucker Lathes to assist with light secondary operations as needed. Additional shop equipment, 2 Bridgeport manual milling machines and a Mori Seiki engine lathe, 2 media blast cabinets and 2 tumblers.

We use Solidworks CAD to design and develop innovative products and Mastercam CAM Software for our machining programs. We strive to produce some of the finest parts for our customers accepted around the world.

We work with a complete list of approved vendors that provide the following services, Heat Treating, Anodizing, Plating and Powder Coating.
